The pleasure of discussing, sharing and transferring skills! This is the main message to emerge from the “Fundamentals of Audiovisual Integration” training course, tailor-made by Eiffage Energie Systèmes’ M’Academy.

It meets a real need in the audiovisual integration sector: recruiting new audiovisual technicians to support the growth of our business. Thanks to this training module, we are now able to recruit a wider range of profiles and to train them ourselves.

Our first group met on Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 June, bringing together employees from our different entities that specialise in audiovisual integration in France and Belgium.

Designed by our own staff – Technical Manager, Research Department Manager and Audiovisual Technicians – the course includes an e-learning component, which provides a theoretical introduction to audiovisual standards and the basics of integration. This is followed by two days of in-person training, to clarify and validate the concepts covered in the e-learning course and put into practice the basics of audiovisual integration.

In the end, the two days were mainly an opportunity for the trainers to pass on the knowledge they have acquired over many years of experience and to answer questions, and for all the participants to exchange ideas on how they do things, their feedback, tips and ideas.

We are now ready to train new audiovisual technicians, and to develop new modules to improve our teams: robot programming, sound systems, equipment supervision, Dante networks, etc.

The audiovisual professions are fascinating, and this is an excellent way to promote them!
